After leaving school I fancied myself as an estate agent. It was the late ’80’s and luckily for me, London was experiencing a boom time. I quickly became manageress of an office in Kentish Town. After 3 years I decided to study journalism. I started my career in tabloid newspapers and then moved into daytime TV. I spend nearly 10 years working as an on screen reporter for live daytime shows. After moving to Dorset with my husband and 4 children, I combined family life with freelance magazine journalism. I always enjoy putting together my property page and have made good friends with the Dorset agents and choosing myself a new fantasy home every month!
